Well, a very normal Friday went shopping for a blind. The kids were a little groggy. I went to work and the kids kept working on their map project including discussions on zoo name via text to mummy ????


Then after a bit of a meltdown from Thomas (first one for nanna thankfully she got him out walking the dogs and let him play in his Xbox for walking the dog the walk allowed him to calm down and get away from Jessica. 

Emily is still with her friend so that evening jess and I went to the gym for an hour and then headed swimming she did well beating me by 100 meters ????.


Then we got home and walked the dogs.

Then knackered hit bed ????
