Today we had a lovely day in the garden, spent some time playing with the rats before getting ready for a BBQ in the evening.

As the day went on we were joined by Duncan’s parents (Nanna and Grandad).

Duncan lit his BBQ and happily became chef for the evening while I prepared the dips, salads and potatoes out.

As the night turned chilly we lit the fire and huddled around well into the night even after the kids had hit the hay and Janet and Ben had headed home.
