This simple Peppermint Foot soak really makes a very effective foot soak. It will have your feet and tired legs thanking you especially after a long day at work.
Peppermint Foot soak
- Epsom Salts
- Soap Colouring
- Peppermint Essential oil
Add together and mix well and add to an airtight container you will want to leave this for a little time giving it a shake every now and them to allow the Epson salts to truly absorb the essential oils throughly. I add the colouring purely because it helps with ensuring your getting an even coverage but it does make it look great too.
Again like most of our pampering recipes, you can adjust your essential oil to your needs. but peppermint is fantastic for feet and has a great range of benefits such as
- kill germs.
- stop itching.
- relieve pain.
- prevent or reduce vomiting.
- help the body eliminate mucus.
- reduce muscle spasms.
- reduce flatulence.
- promote sweating.
and when used in a foot soak it will help keep your feet healthy and help ease the muscles and reduce pains in the legs perfect after a long day on your feet.
