Today we started the day with some fun games on the trampoline.
We made up words and practised our time telling.
we then did our housework Thomas dried up Jessica hung the washing out.
We then played and did a little loom banding before making lunch.
The kids then went and had a little free time before we had to gather up their swimming bags and head off for swimming lessons.
Once kids were changed and in the pool I head up to the gym and watch from the tread Mill while listening to some of my favourite running tracks (well more plodding tracks in my case lol).
We then headed home as ever and Emily and I sat to play on the sega mega drive while Jessica and Thomas had their showers and got dressed for the Scouts AGM. We played Sonic and Emily beat me for the first time (it’s all down hill for me now even my youngest I’d able to beat me! Lol)
Shortly after that Duncan came home and jumped in the shower and got changed.
We were all ready for tom’s scouts AGM and off we went the kids played while we went to the meeting heard of all the wonderful things they have done in the past year and spoke about up coming plans etc. Then they handed out the awards to those who have earned their silver and gold awards.
They had a BBQ going and we all eat had a chat the kids played more games and then we headed home.
Not the most exciting days ever but the type I love a lovely relaxed day with just enough to keep us busy but not so busy we are rushed off our feet.
