This is a pretty old reading series as you will tell by the dates of 1st publish in brackets but it is the one I learnt to read from and I constantly seem to be running back to it after trying other series and failing with them My children love the story lines and because of that they enjoy learning to read where as the books that appear to have simple content seem to bore my children therefore the end up not wanting to read.

These are great short Large Print Books. This make them great for bedtime stories. The large print makes it easy for young ones to read them to you.
Their bright and engaging pictures throughout the book make it attractive to younger ones. Befire they can read the words they are able to make stories out of the pictures.

There is also pictures of different aspects of the book with their name under them to help you child learn the main characters and important parts of the book.
