Well we got up and went to a car boot today so the children were working out prices for some of their bits but also working out how much money people needed to pay and also how much change they would need so they were working their maths today. then at the end of the day, Thomas sat down when we got home and worked out how much we earn’t and took away how much petrol we had used and took off how much we had to pay to get in and worked how much money we earn’t that day. Jessica has gone to stay with my dad for a couple of days so she wasn’t with us when we got back but she normally does my dads adding up for him as he is a market trader.

They also both had £1 spending money each which they had to spend while they were at the boot and they both got a couple of bits each.
