An other night spent trying to breath blooming heck is this year bad I can’t say I remember my fexofenodine and failing to control symptoms before this bad let alone the combination between that and my nasal spray but eyes puffy, nose running, head pounding and throat hurting and thickening :0/ never had such a big reaction not since living in Oakridge road as a child must be the trees in the garden :0( oh well going to redo nasal spray take an other Fex and curl up on sofa playing games until I can breath and hope this clears soon as otherwise I could be in trouble forgot to ask for new epi pen prescription :0/ that’ll teach me.

On bright side kids have had a great time at granny’s then youth club today and lovely Mr Brown made dinner as he got in before me :0)
